How to Rocket Your Psychic Abilities
A Surefire Way to Activate and Expand Intuitive Faculties is with Chinese Pressure Points
A great way to rocket your psychic abilities is with Chinese pressure points. Certain Chinese acupuncture pressure points are effective in stimulating the intuitive faculties. Applied finger massage on these traditional points provides a neuro-stimulation of the points and energy begins to shift from conscious to intuitive.
There are a couple of things that are going on here that are important to know. The two parts of the brain, the cerebral cortex, and medulla are highly involved in the process of shifting energy. The cerebrum is the area that controls most our conscious activities. The medulla is the area that is the center of the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic system controls our breathing and heart rate.
Additionally, we all have a central energy channel. This channel of vital energy is called the Governing Meridian which runs up the spine over the top of the head and onto the roof of the mouth. Positioned along this Meridian in the area of the back of the skull (See Illustration below), are two lateral pressure points termed Yuzhen Points. Yuzhen points have been used by Eastern spiritual masters for centuries to enhance intuitive brain functions. Chinese healers assert that massaging the Yuzhen Points while applying a small amount of pressure, starts the process of moving energy from the conscious mind to the subconscious. These points should be massaged at the same time.
How to Work with these Intuitive Enhancing Points
- Close your eyes and massage in a circular motion in the directions as shown in the image above.
- Do this for about 60 seconds three times daily to enhance your intuitive brain function.
- Massage in a clock-wise direction for thirty seconds and then switch to massaging in a counter-clockwise direction for thirty seconds.
I always activate these points prior any intuitive session or teaching a class along with some deep relaxing breathing. Try it!
